My time management coaching program consists of weekly, 1-hour virtual sessions over a 3-month period. The process is tailored to your individual needs, offering the type of support and accountability you need to get the most out of our time together. We review your greatest challenges, get incredibly clear on your goals, and then set out to accomplish things you’ve only dreamed of.

We examine where you are spending the majority of your time and energy and the beliefs that drive your decision-making.
Goal Setting
How do you want to spend your time?
We evaluate your progress and create a plan for how you can reach your goals incorporating everything you’ve learned.
Action
How will you get there?
We identify your core values and needs to set personal and professional goals in alignment with what matters most.
